Bugs and feature ideas go to the public tracker on GitHub. Issues there are visible to everyone, which means you can check whether something is already known and follow it until it is fixed.

Common questions

  • How do I restore my Pro subscription?

    Open Musaic → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe.

  • Where are my projects stored?

    All projects live on your device. Use the share options inside a project to export or back it up.

  • I have a redemption code.

    Open Musaic → Settings → Musaic Pro → Redeem Code, or tap “Redeem Code” on the paywall.
